Registration fee
- UGent staff / keynote speakers: free
- PhD students: 175 EUR (early bird) – 200 EUR (late)
- Others: 200 EUR (early bird) – 225 EUR (late)
The largest part of the registration fee (120 EUR) is used for paying the on-site lunches, coffee breaks and the conference dinner on Sunday, July 3.
About 35 EUR goes to Ghent University to pay for the facilities we use for the conference; 12 EUR goes to the Belgian state as value added tax.
Deadlines
Speakers have to register not later than May 15.
This is also the deadline for early bird registration.
Registration will not be possible anymore after June 8.
